Hello everyone. I am very very sorry that I have been offline and unresponsive to emails and messages. I got locked out of most of the Solamors accounts by a combination of the SSL heartbleed bug, iCloud screw-ups and computer data loss. I HAVE had access to twitter and my personal accounts since those were not tied into the whole mess, so I have been communicating with some of you through there about orders and whatnot. I got back into most of the accounts just recently, but I have a pile of literally thousands of emails and messages that I have no chance of getting through... I will TRY, but everything is mixed in with lots of spam and other stuff.
Here is how I am trying to fix it -- I set up a new email just for lost orders so I can keep track of everything:

(replace "at" with @ obviously)
PLEASE send me an email if you placed and order and are still missing clothing parts of your order (or your whole order) and I will check on it. The records of what was sent got wiped out, so every email that comes in I have to manually check the address against a box of hundreds of paper receipts by hand to see if it went out or if I still have to pack it up and send it. There were only a few dozen orders that got screwed, most of those being T-shirts and pullover hoodies (and a few zipups) since everything else was sent out a long time ago. After I get all the clothing out, I'll send everyone their signed covers since that is much easier to get done, and I want to make sure everyone got their stuff first.

Dec 24, 2013: A note about merch for our Kickstarter/Bandcamp pre-order fansHey everyone, we have word that the merch started arriving today. YAAAY! We made a few announcements through social media about how we are doing it, but some people didn't get the memo, so here it is again: The CDs went out first, and the rest will ship out together when it is all in. Here are the details:
We started the merch orders around the time the CD finished up. The first thing we got in was the CDs, followed by the stickers, so we sent those out RIGHT AWAY so that everyone could have a CD as soon as possible. Before we even sent those, we paid for a bunch of download codes for the 16-bit and 24-bit versions of the CD and emailed those out to everyone so that all the Kickstarter folks could hear the music FIRST before anyone else, because we appreciate you backing us and wanted to get you the music fast. Everyone got the 16-bit download, and anyone that had a package with the 24-bit CDR got the 24-bit code too via email.
If you got one of the kickstarter autograph packages, you will be getting another CD cover that we all signed, with the rest of your merch. We did it that way because in order to have everyone sign them, we would have had to take the CDs apart and mail the covers around to each band member to sign, then mail them back here, re-assemble the CDs and ship them out. That would have delayed you getting a CD by another week or so, and we didn't think it was fair to make the autographed-package people wait longer, so the autographed covers will be coming with the rest of the merch.
We are still waiting on the rest of the merch (the download cards, the shirts, the hoodies, etc), so all that will be coming to you separately, as soon as we get it in. I don't have any time-frame updates on that except that we got an email that the DL cards started printing on the 25th (even though we ordered them in Nov) and the clothing started printing this past weekend, and should be finished soon. We have been making the CDrs in the meantime, and will be shipping those out with everything else.
Hopefully the international orders start showing up soon. We put those together first and dropped those off in the very first batch, but have had some trouble with the post-office, shipping and customs. Some the couldn't send out and others came back, so we are trying our best there. For the ones that had trouble or came back, we'll try again when the rest of the merch gets here, and if we get any back in the meantime, we'll re-package it and try shipping it again. It is mostly my fault for being inexperienced with proper packaging for international shipping, and improper address formatting, so we'll get that fixed.

(PS Also, if you pre-ordered and never got your download codes, please check your spam/trash/junk/social folders in your email. I got confirmation that they went out to absolutely everyone, so they were definitely sent, but we had reports that some got caught up in the spam filters or other email tabs, so check there. We even sent them twice just to be sure. If you can't find them there, message us with your name and I'll look through the list to find your code and re-email it to you.)
